REFUND POLICY
Due to the amount of time and effort it takes to schedule and organize a tournament, CTAB Hoops has adopted the following withdrawal policy:
If a team withdraws from a tournament after the registration deadline, they will forfeit 100% of the entry fee.
We strive to produce a full and safe sports event but, sometimes weather conditions can affect those plans. In many instances, weather conditions in one part of the state many not be affecting the event site locations. Our goal is to proceed with the event as long as roads are safe. In the event of cancellations or teams aren’t able to participate due to weather CTAB Hoops will provide your team with a credit to another CTAB Hoops sports event.
A team that withdraws from a tournament prior to the registration deadline will receive a refund minus 75.00 plus the processing fee. To request a refund, please send an email to teamtowe@ctabhoops.org

NCAA/NIL SEMINAR
CTAB's annual NCAA/NIL Seminar is an event that serves multiple purposes. It educates student-athletes and their families about the NCAA process along with the rules and implications of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) regulations within the NCAA. This seminar helps everyone to understand how they can navigate the new landscape of college athletics, ensuring compliance while also maximizing opportunities for student-athletes to benefit from their own image and brand. This year, we will provide a forum which will allow attendees to deep dive in questions and concerns with individuals who have experienced and walked the path they are about to endure. On this platform, we hope to shed light on both the NCAA and NIL process as well as give families a few tools to start their high school and collegiate athletic journeys.
